Please excuse the poorly spliced screenshots, but my internet is being buggy today and publishing them all to Image Shack would have take prolly 20 minutes. Anywho!

So, outside Manhattan it seems as though there are Nomad Diamond things, steel scaffolds (the box thing) and random depots. All labeled as Scrap Metal.

And I believe this guy: , to be the culprit! Lemme give you the first part which got knocked off the chat-box.

Then he left Texas to Cali with a barrel of lolz.

I never got real evidence, which is why I haven't reported the guy yet. My computer is fine, it was just a cheap scare-tactic (which I didn't give in to :P). But... I don't know.

I know he's re-engaged, used threats (above dialogue), stayed in-system after death, and was extremely ooRP. But due to my timid and forgiving nature, I didn't SS every bit of ooRP I saw from this guy. But I will if I find him again. Does anybody else have something on him? 'Cause I'd really love to see him go. He used OOC markers once I started going OOC, which means I can't even pin him for the ooRP. There *is* that first line he said though, but I don't think thats enough to nail this guy.

Hes prolly just some worthless twerp in high school that s hated by everyone so he goes and hides in his grandmothers basement and reads computer book in the hopes that he will create Skynet and unleash doom and destruction upon the world but until then he is going to try and ruin the fun of other people because he is a lonely miserable person with no friends.
