Cadet Rebecca Cotton has been promoted to the rank of Ensign, following the completion of her training at West Point and clocking the necessary flight hours. Good luck.
Vice Admiral Michael Morse following his transfer into the reserve a few years prior, has chosen to retire from the Liberty Navy. We are all grateful for his service and wish him the best of luck in the next chapter of his life.
Transferring from the reserve into the Fleet will be Commander Jack Boehm. We have high hopes for you, commander. I trust you will not disappoint.
Ensign Paula Beasly has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Good job, lieutenant.

Ensign Randy Williams has earned the rank of Lieutenant after his consistent service within the fleet. Good job out there.
Ensign Vincent Marshall proving capable in the field has earned the rank of Lieutenant. Great work.
Commander Lillian Olson, after proving themselves and their abilities time and time again, is promoted to the rank of Captain. Likewise, for their long-term dedication and consistency in service of the first fleet, she is given the title of Commodore. Always a pleasure Captain. Keep doing us proud and setting an example.

Commander Jack Boehm, after proving himself and his dedication to the First Fleet since being transferred to us from the Reserves, is hereby promoted to the rank of Captain, where he will oversee the operations of the Logistics Service and its affiliated units, having shown an aptitude and interest in such duties.
Ensign Darren Barnes, for consistency in conduct as a fleet pilot and good performance in the field, is promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Congratulations on your Aviator's Wings Lieutenant. We hope to see more of you.

Admiral Marcus Robinson, following his own request, has transferred to the Second Fleet of Liberty Navy to train and prepare future Personnel and Naval units in the field. We all wish him good luck in his endeavor.
Fleet Admiral Jason H. Kazuo has formally requested to step down as the fleet commanding offier and has joined the advisory board of the Liberty Navy strategic command's advisory role. We highly value your long standing service and will always continue to do so. All the duties and responsibilities have been passed to me as the new Commanding Officer of the First Fleet.
