Corsair "Aphrodite" Tribunus-class Battlecruiser
Overview
Closely following the events within their sphere of influence, the Corsairs, opportunistic as ever, saw potential for new campaigns stretching from the western edge of Bretonia all the way to the eastern Omicrons. Observing Dublin destabilizing, as well as the murder of the Corsair Elder's son, which deteriorated the relations between the Zoners and the Empire, two new offenses were launched. One in Dublin, another in Omicron Theta, both executed with great success. The former destroyed the famous Hood, while the latter took the strategic Freeport of Theta and established a trade blockade across the entire system. This was possible thanks to the intelligence retrieved, supply lines maintained, trade deals ongoing, and tactical maneuvering of ships to strike only targets of interest.
Years prior to the Corsair expansionist campaigns between 830 A.S. and 833 A.S., the Empire started constructing several new warships to aid in the effort. Aphrodite was one such warship, the new Tribunus battlecruiser. The latest byproduct of Corsair ingenuity from Rhodes Shipyard, the heavy Tribunus is the Corsairs' answer to swift conquest, primarily assigned to spearhead mobile raider legions and serve as a forward base of operations far from Corsair dominion. This battlecruiser's reinforced frame and superior firepower are the result of Corsair engineering, a design philosophy that imbues an equilibrium of fortitude and might into their ships.

Deployment Goals
1. The Aphrodite, along with its accompanying battlegroup, was deployed with the primary purpose of reinforcing Cadiz and Omega-5 as a whole. Omega-5, being at the crossroads of the lawless Omegas and an eternal battlezone with the Hessians and their allies, has always been a key system for securing the Artifact trade and controlling important strategic points such as the Cambridge, Omega-41, and Omega-48 jumpholes. The Aphrodite is tasked with guarding the loose perimeter around Cadiz, intercepting trespassers, and dealing with them accordingly.
2. Supporting the raids into Bretonia, primarily in Cambridge. With the Empire's recent advances stretching from Dublin to Omicron Theta, safeguarding the supply lines while disrupting the enemy ones is crucial for supporting the Bretonian campaign. Pillaging, extorting, and pirating anyone not a friend of the Empire, and self-sustaining from the acquired goods, is one of the largest advantages of the Tribunus. This not only enables it to be self-sufficient but also allows it to have mobility and reach into hostile territory for extended periods of time, as seen in Santander, where it has held its ground in Dublin.
3. Blockading traffic going in and out of Omega-48 to cut off its supply from the hostile factions inside. Given recent events, with the Zoners betraying the Empire, this is emphasized now more than ever. Any Zoner transport caught will be stopped and pillaged. Anyone supplying the Zoners will meet the same fate or worse. The Hessians, Coalition, and IMG are also to be stripped of their supplies or destroyed.
