The House Governments of Bretonia, Gallia, Kusari, Liberty, and Rheinland, will be made up of the faction leaders of every Official Police, Military, Intelligence, and Corporate faction with an ID classification belonging to that house.

OS&C is an Interhouse Faction with BELONGINGS In for Example RHEINLAND. Plus our Home System is in a Joint Protectorate of LIBERTY and BRETONIA. If this is no Longer the Case then we as OS&C and the Official Orbital Spa and Cruise FACTION should have a Rule over Curacao. And again i want to ask the STAFF for Clarification on this matter. It doesn't help to hear the Opinions of people that have no POWER in this Matter.

I think that we should have at least a Advisory function in this matter as much that the Houses Decide also Influences OS&C

True but still i want to hear Clarification about this from a Staff member. This new Rule leaves out to many Factions that are Influenced by the House Goverments. Or have Belongins there.

Also i wouldnt Count a WHOLE PLANET as Office Space.

I disagree about Lib Gov, it did feel arbitrary often, they are why the OF has to have representation was introduced in the first place when they excluded LIA

LIA also died in the same breath after being added.
At best they were perceived by law enforcement as an organization led by an LSF agent that had gone rogue for over a decade. The player of which who couldnt get over me not making them director of =LSF= (1ic) after they returned.

Yeah but it shouldn't have been your call. What I don't get is who will do the work with licences and bounty boards - how can that be done without big delays and annoyances now...Govs were flawed and biased but did the boring mundane work and usually fast
