So I might be ignorant or I might not, you will tell me. Since the Order ID now can use Liberty Ships (snubs and maybe gunboat), shouldn't there be a base, battleship or whatever where Order can purchase them?
If Im not mistaking (hope I checked well all dockable points for Order) it has none of the bases which sell Liberty snubs... Is it intended so, to not have one so you should do like ''stealing RP'' or sellpoint will be added in future?

Either it's an oversight or intended? Renzu is apparently supposed to be a luxury line. You could tech exempt it if you have backing RP.

Cause doing an SRP for such ship well, let's say probably Admins will not letting me use due the "small" lore i have for such ship yet, due not much encounters to ever be found ... plus the =CR= ID is having it is such a beauty asset!! since is my pride on showing that ship is indeed an Official =CR= Ship the one i really wanted to be ... but know having 10% ... is not really such unusable either, but it looks kinda weird having it 100% in the past and now 10% since Renzu is supposed to be actually "Civilian" Tech like other "Sirius Non-Gallic Liners" ... I could say is more like an Oversight that Balance team did not fit it well i belive, but i am not sure of your difference between "Oversight or Intended" ... I only know i have been using such ship from patches ago and now i can understand being unable to fit, but 10% is something i would not be liking to accept in this change ...

Maybe you @Kauket can understand to me about having an Official =CR= ID as a player really like be in that faction and join in the place with such a Luxury ship while writting the own lore of the character about it ... plus ... SRP ID have a Freelancer Style, the =CR= ID have a beauty picture in there ... more pride to have it :3

So ... Is that at least possible?
Because it would not be "Intersun-Luxury Liner" where Luxury isn't meant as having such luxury and beauty among liners ...

And all Gallic ships!

No, as long as you have ID permissions, you can technically fly whatever (barring alien stuff). Although your RP will be questioned intently by other members.

Devs agreed to give us back access to Renzu ships. Now it is back to 10% after the techcompat hotfix.

Give corporations the option for Bounty Hunter Tec.
Whille Zoner Tec. gives a defensive loadout.
BH Tec. is kinda civilian and also gives the option of a more aggressive one.

@Omicron already laid out a good plan for offering these ships and equipment to both factions, which I have essentially implemented without much alteration. The cliff notes for the change (starting next patch):

Battleship Amenta (Orkney): Hawk, Falcon, Eagle
Battleship Atum (Galileo): Onuris, Anubis, Sekhmet
Dabadoru Station (Delta): Skeleton, Wight, Lich
Cairo Station (Zeta): Patriot, Executioner, Defender

Akabat: Onuris, Bastet, Anubis
Battleship Thebes: Sekhmet, Havoc, Upholder
Taba Starbase: Rhino, Grizzly, Avenger
Carthage Capital Yards: Osiris, Geb, Resheph, + Liberty Capital Weapons
Fort Carthage: Hathor, Liberty Gunboat, Bison, + Liberty Capital Weapons

kinda the opposite of the point; but if there's more interplay with OSC-CR than I thought I could see them being an intermediary for a Renzu, but still

these should both be fixed by next restart. (or maybe the one after that, we'll see)
