I will assume it is the number of forum registrations.
So let's say only 10% remains of that, which is 3000 active accounts, of which 70% are alts, makes more like 900 people who still lurk the forums. A fraction of those people actually play.

I have only guessed the above numbers.

You should use <img> tags with srcset for images instead of divs with background images because they load awfully slowly.
