History
Many years ago, the distinguished admiral James Horatio Creed has created and founded one of Liberty's then most prominent Fleets. He was a legendary hero of Liberty and has left a lasting legacy and imprint on the House. To this day, there are attempts to keep his legacy alive, with some of his fans continuing the Fleet he has established, with varying results, and Creed's name is now firmly part of the Liberty Navy's history books.

A new appointment
With this, it is a great honor to announce to the citizens, that we, the First Armada, the by far most prominent and active Liberty Navy force over the past years, have granted the rank of Admiral to Libby Harrison, Creed's daughter. This feat was by no means easy for her, the First Armada lives and thrives on fairness and equal opportunities. It does not matter what blood is corsing through your veins, whose friend you are, every member of the Armada had to build their way up from Crewman or Cadet all the way to their present rank, step by step, through hard graft, dutiful service, and exceptional will to show they are ready to go above and beyond what is expected from naval officers. Libby Harrison has done just that, relentlessly teaching junior officers, having her hand in promotions, recruitment, complex operations, morale boosting and founding multiple successful specialised squadrons.

She has brought all these qualities while managing the volatile passion and temper that runs deep in her family much better than her own father did. She is a force of passion, creativity, motivation, but also of duty and patience with new recruits.

Going forward
The First Armada has over the past years lead all the important campaigns of Liberty. From spearheading the victorious Vespucci campaign, taking part in the unfortunate Erie crisis, being the number one disruptor of hostile suppliers and smugglers, expanding Liberty's interests in Omicron Nu and later Earhart, our victorious strike against Auxesia, Coalition, Reavers, Hostile Zoner base in Kansas, to securing the Crayter Republic and the Cortez - Coronado highway construction. Admiral Harrison has played a vital role in many of these tasks, and we expect her to continue on her present path, this time in her role as the second ever Admiral in the First Armada.

Liberty is now at peace, the Insurgency is defeated, Coronado is more secure than ever with the highway complete, the Outcasts have been cut off from access to our house, the local criminal - like the Xenos, Rogues and Lane Hacker - presence has all but dissapeared, and the Auxesia/Coalition/Zoner attempt at setting root in Kansas has been extinguished swiftly. After we have cleared what's rest of the Xenosurgency from Ontario, there will be only day to day protection of citizens left, alongside with dealing any future threats that may come our way.

We have full confidence in Admiral Harrison, in the Liberty Navy, Liberty and it's citizens. We are now entering an unprecedented era of peace and prosperity, and there is no doubt that this new appointment will help secure them for years to come.
