Bug: Chartres Space Colony has a ship dealer with no ships to sell. Infocard also says the station doesn't sell ships.

Reproduction Steps:

• Dock at Chartres Space Colony in Orleanais system
  
• Top panel has ship dealer
  
• Ship dealer sells no ships
  

Additional Information: Looking at the old wiki, it seems this station used to sell Moonbeam, Sunbeam and Aurochs. Alternatively, the new wiki says the station sells no ships. At first I thought the ship dealer being there was the bug, but maybe it was suppose to sell ships and they got removed somehow.

The funny inRP explanation is that they ran out of ships.

Added Moonbeam, Sunbeam and Gallic Transport, as Planet Blois one lane away sells the Aurochs. Fixed awaiting release.
