Plans concerning the Insurgent Arbiters

Greetings Grand Admiral Golanski,

It has been some time now since the first Fleet added those two Insurgent Arbiters to our first Fleet. Their addition to the fleet has bolstered our ability to better take on heaver Nomad Warforms like the Ishtar, The Montana alone has already claimed four Ishtar kills since it has joined the Order. Further more, with these larger warships forces like the Core have been rather scarce from our bordering systems.

Of course this has not been without problems. We have had to ramp up our ship miliarial production quotas to meet the needs of these two Dreadnoughts. Our shipyards are also ill sized to service these warships and even now we are barely fitting them into our Battleship shipyards. We also only have scans our the Arbiters' onboard technicians have provided, they are somewhat incomplete. Even then they are currently a mixture of Order and Insurgent technology. Such has required extra time in the shipyards to keep them operating at maximum efficiency.

While The ALG have assisted greatly with their two stations within Omicron Mu, and our freelancers continue to bring in supplies from House space. It is not enough to fully support our growing fleet. However, I believe with talks from Rheinland will allow us to salve our problems concerning warship supplies and possibly even our shipyard. The problem with maintaining the Arbiters themselves still remains. Yet, I believe we might have a solution. The remnants of Leniex Shipyard in Vespucci may hold some schematics of the Arbiter left behind. There is also the remains of their own Arbiter in orbit. I propose we send a salvage team to Leniex Shipyards to see what we can gather. Perhaps we might be able to build our own version of the Arbiter.

I await your reply, Admiral.

Plans concerning the Insurgent Arbiters

Hail Colonel Narson,

First of all allow me to congratulate you on your recovery, it is good to hear you are getting back on your feet.
Now that you're up and about again I would like to address this proposal of yours:
Needless to say much has happened since you originally submitted your proposal, however I do believe there is still merit to be had.

Kusari's infected assault on Omicron Mu put Carthage in a less than ideal spot,
between the damage to the station itself and the many repairs required for our fleet we barely have any capacity to construct new vessels to replace the ones we lost.

If you're feeling up to it I would like you to get started on acquiring materials needed for both the stations repairs and expansion.
We need to get back up to strength as soon as possible.

I doubt Fort Leniex will still be worth the hastle, especially now years later,
but if you come across any blueprints that will assist in the easier maintenance of the Arbiters this would of course be a great boon.

Admiral Solandros,
Signing out.

Greetings Admiral Solandros,

It has been some time. I thank you for the best wishes, I am still getting used to my new augments. Rest assured I am still committed to seeing the Order recover and improve from this last setback. Last I remember Rheinland was still willing to send supplies and GMG still has some stations that should help things along.

I will see too it and report back once I have a plan proposal in place.

I await your reply, Admiral.

Awaken the Orders Industry

Greetings Admiral Solandros,

I have completed the assembly of a comprehensive report on our current capital ship capacity and fleet status. The conclusion is… deeply concerning. It is no exaggeration to say that our continued operational viability borders on the improbable. Our existing shipyard infrastructure is operating beyond sustainable limits, and has been for some time. To speak plainly, we are critically overstretched. The attached figures account only for the Black Fleet and do not include our secondary formations. Even within this limited scope, our repair and refit capabilities fall drastically short of projected wartime attrition. Should we suffer a major engagement resulting in significant capital ship losses, recovery timelines would extend into months. This assumes hull retrieval is even possible, which in many cases it will not be.

At present, we lack the dock capacity to absorb and recover from a decisive defeat. This places the Order in a precarious strategic position. Our fleets remain formidable on paper, but our recovery speed is back to full is laughably slow. A single sustained campaign could degrade our effective strength beyond our ability to replenish it in any meaningful timeframe.

Admiral, it is my considered assessment that immediate action is required. We must either begin construction of a new shipyard equipped with Dreadnought-class drydock facilities, or initiate a rapid expansion of existing infrastructure at Carthage. Delays will only compound the risk, and the window for proactive action is narrowing.

In anticipation of this, I have already dispatched survey teams throughout the Mu sector to identify viable locations for a new shipyard installation. Preliminary reports suggest several candidates with the necessary spatial stability and logistical accessibility, though further evaluation is ongoing. I would also recommend the immediate review of fleet deployment doctrine. Until our industrial capacity is brought in line with our operational posture, we may need to reconsider the concentration and exposure of our capital assets.

Respectfully, Admiral, we are approaching a point where our logistical limitations will dictate the outcome of any future conflict more than our tactical capabilities.

Awaiting your direction, Admiral.
