This is the captain of the DreadfulBride. I recently have sponsored a wave of determined and most aggressive individuals numbering about 12, (approx 200million credits), in the purchase of gunboats, bombers and more recently freighters, (as I have found it difficult for gunboat and bomber pilots to repay their loans), to further the cause of harrassing the shipping lanes in and leading in and out of Liberty space, commonly Magellan, Cortez, California, New york and Texas without want of intrest to those loans.
Stipulations are that they are to remain Outcast, (though not in the general agreement i fined should they choose, they must remain at least allied to us, i.e. Rouge, Hacker or other alliance that we hold.
Further, the frieghters, generally run slaves so vital to our cause to Malta and aid in our supplanting the Liberty authority by providing our cardimine to its masses.
Often you can find convoys to and from Malta in this endevor.
It has come to my attention that the Liberty forces are stepping up their security in direct response to my ministrations and the efforts of these pilots.
Unwittingly, last night I have purchased an RM1 as a counter to to liberty aggressions, without first gaining permission for this vessel.
The DreadfulBride is currently moored at the Newcastle base in sector F6. awaiting repairs.
The base name eludes my memory. There she remains until further notice awaiting your reply.
I would request expedition of this concideration as she is sorely needed, full arms and sail into Magellan and Cortez space.
I would further request that the sales associate involved for this RM1 be flogged for his omittance of the perchase requirments and an investigation be mounted into the where abouts of those funds from said purchase.

Dear brothers and sister of the 101st Outcast Guard,
As this treat is about the registration of Outcast ships purchased in Outcast territory Im not really sure if this applies to my personal situation. However I still would like to give my ship an official Outcast certified registration number. Currently my Capital ship is only flying with a temporary appointed registration number. Im hopping I can get my Hessian Cruiser an official registration number. It would make matters a lot easier when my ship gets its monthly inspection by the Outcast officials. Every time the officials come to inspect my ship Ive to explain why Im flying a supposedly Outcast Cruiser with no official registration number. I hope you can help me with this problem and get this all sorted out.

Good afternoon, Commander Bonello. This is Ayumu Ishida.
I am requesting a transfer to Cape Wrath and command of the Outcast Destroyer MNS-Phantasm. This ship will be used primarily as a deterrent, to keep any short-sighted Outcasts from ruining our cease-fire for their short-term gains, but will also be used in the defense of Cape Wrath. My Scimitar and a Gunboat I'm commissioning will be used for most business.
Furthermore, if you are the one to ask, I would like to take over running Cape Wrath Base. As you may or may not have noticed, some short-sighted Outcasts have been pirating in Bretonia, threatening our fragile cease-fire arrangement. And a few weeks ago, there was another potential disaster caused by people not paying attention to political arrangements. That one, I know you are aware of, it was brought up in the 101st's communication channels. There are ways to profit in that area without these risks, some people simply don't think through the matter enough to find them.
I do not fault Outcast leaders. Cape Wrath is, as far as I can tell, primarily a military base; the Dons would be rather useless there. And the military? Busy with the Corsairs, both attacking and defending against. But we need someone at Cape Wrath, and everything I've done at Malta can be relocated with ease. Corsairs have also been spotted in Cambridge and other Bretonian systems, and the last thing we need is a simultaneous attack through the Taus and Omicron Eta.
I will wait for your response before even walking into the Phantasm. Your Falcata pilots are rather triggerhappy lately, after all.

I'm afraid I'll need all registration attempts submitted since August 2nd to carefully re-read the initial document in this transmission thread, as requirements were changed August 1st. Resumbit your registrations then, please. Also, Soviet Diplomacy is denied on account of blatant disregard for authority and is to be executed on sight.
