Additional Ships on Bases for Purchase

Some time ago when logging onto the game and a character there was mentioned that on some bases there were more than three (3) choices of vessels to purchase.
There was also mention of a file or patch to see these additional ships.
I thought I downloaded such file or patch but it appears I did not.

Can you please provide information on where I can obtain this file or patch and how do I download it and where it should be stored.

I am not very PC aware so if you could provide the process in simple steps it would be appreciated

This feature only works if you have Windows 10 or 11.

It also requires C++ Redistributables to be installed, which you can get here
