Danke fur the offer, we are indeed need of resources, especially fuel, as this war with Liberty has bogged our economy. Now lets get on to the agreement.
1st: Rheinland laws will be the same fur all Kishiro ships, It is best to check in with Border or Customs upon entering Rheinland, especially if you are carrying hazardous materials. This way, we can ensure the safety fur both piloten.
Imported goods will not be taxed, but if any of your transports export goods out of Rheinland, the the taxation system will apply, Sorry if this causes any inconvenience, but I do hope you understand.
3rd: List out the commodoties you will trade with, and we will see what we both can offer.

The taxation system is really not any of our business and we will not interfere there. I can see few possible entries for us in your space and we are going to talk them over at our next board meeting. (read, in next day). Until then, I hope I can get a reply from you about securing the space for our convoys?
I am not talking about your military becoming our personal bodyguards but I am talking about 20 000 of Hfuel entering your system at the same time for example. Having that fall into your oponent's hands is something we should all avoid.
Can we count on escorts of our convoys from your doorstep, back to your doorstep?

the Rheinland Military is not a private security company, as you have mentioned already. We will do our best to secure the passages inside our sovereign space and to ensure a fluent trade process for all trade convoys, which are welcome to Rheinland.
I doubt that it will be possible to ask our pilots in space for special assistance. We are running our regular patrols and will assist you in every case of an imminent attack. What we won't do is sending pilots from the front or on remote patrols to your position to protect especially you. This is what private security companies are used for.
We are doing our best to ensure the security and stability of our sovereign space, as the major part of the traders opinions will prove to you: no space is more safe then Rheinland space.
After running few convoys of optitronics to Stuttgart, we have found that your space is perfectly safe for now. Thank you and you can expect more of our convoys soon.
