(BTW making AI rep red to Core would also help since of extensive amount of white nicknames confusing people). While about cooperating that`s was really clear that today Auxo/Sairs were just literally helping each other, like playing a one side united against Core, I am probably sure that Core can just handle that anyway, that`s rather atmosphere issue.

Mars POB won`t stay right in front of Gammu tommorow right? Or what the starting positions of everyone will be? Like if we just gonna fight in front of Gammu it blocks AI/Auxo to restock(since combat docking will occur on Mars POB)/respawn properly or people gonna be focused right after undock also encouraging AI/Auxo to use Sairs` bases, literally again making their cooperation against Core inevitable, or I missed some point where it shouldn`t be a 3 way?

Like basically making for each side something like a green zone out of a front to gather a new wave or restock always works good in such events.

This is clearer, thanks.

Keep in mind that tomorrow, staff are controlling the event ships (except for the Phoenix SRP), so players best fly with them if they wanna keep them alive. That should solve the issue of where the fights will happen.

Regarding restocking, there's nothing preventing people from doing it. But of course, if you do it in view of other people you were just fighting, you're PVP dead. We already warned people not to re-engage too quickly after dying, so people will hopefully pay attention to the respawn timer. The Mars POB will stay where it is, yeah. Remember, while you probably can't restock on Gammu or Mars, you also don't really wanna fly the whole distance back to Livadia or Ciutadella and miss a fight. Keep in mind also that this is symmetrical: Core and AI are spawning near Gammu, Zoners and Corsairs at opposite ends of the system. This is pretty much as ideal of a set-up for an event as you can hope, and the rest is just "player RNG".

How players choose to "ally" is part of this player RNG. If I see certain sides being created with an uneven fight set-up as a result, I'll be modifying respawn timers accordingly. As you may have noticed, we have very rarely created engagement rules for events. How people choose to rp the situation is up to them, within reason. And Auxo allying with Corsairs against the Core seems reasonable to me. It's one of those things that is left to the players exactly because I don't want to tell them how to play. I just outline the scenario, and have people interact with it to the best of their understanding. If you think something people do falls within rule 1.1.1, make your case in a report and staff will discuss it.

Thanks for clarification! Made sense to me and for other who had same questions, now it is exactly clear.

This was terrible and server stability seriously needs to be looked into if you want to run events like this.

Tried all the fixes. None of them worked. All enemies except two were invisible for the entire event.

Unplayable, first time from lag, seccond time (and happened twice) I just couldn't see any ships nor allied or hostiles or npcs, only the exploding ordinance was visible.
And for the idiot who killed me when I was going to dock (cause I couldn't see any targets ergo: I was not engaging anything) hope you shit glass.

Event was hardly enjoyable because of technical issues and a bit of poor balance with the Core having 2 ships AND the Zoners being neutral, but for all intents allied.

I kind of expected a twist of the AI taking over the Hyperion too, or it getting infiltrated by the Nomads and turning on their supposed allies, but alas, no twist happened.

Thanks for organising, though.

Creatively paraphrasing a bunch of colorfully worded criticism I've heard and read while spectating and later partaking in the event:

- Event started out already too convoluted: Too many factions involved, questionable involvement reasons
- Server stability was not good: Player ships became invisible, the lag was eating seconds, text inputs got eaten for minutes for some people.
- Rules of the event got changed during the event.
- NPC spawns at Gammu made the entire thing rather messy, to say the least.
- People got spawncamped hard at Gammu.

The choice to keep the event restart for Core at Gammu when the Mars was right on top of Gammu and Core itself was launching from Livida because you can't launch gunboats, cruisers, or the event BCRs from Gammu was a choice of all time. Truly one of the decisions that has ever been made.

For comedy sake I have to point out that soon after I posted this the server crashed.

I feel like, if there ever was going to be a nomad assault on Freeport 11 (like it's hinted at in the writeup), that would've been a better place for Hyperion and the Zoners to be at

Plus it's a little weird how the radically protective Zoners have suddenly forgotten about how the Core treated them all the time. Something about FP11 getting nuked over a pack of cigs.

Depends, that was a perfect opportunity for us and militant to strike the corsair, weakening them in the area to try to get a deal on equal footing and not the joke that is the theta treaty.
Now that the penitence and the vis are severely damaged, they might want to get us off their back. Even if we are only a nuisance military speaking, they lost a lot of trade by taking freeport 9, and reinforcing the militant.
Also the nomad just did an assault on zeta, even if they win, pushing more now would be risky. So It was the perfect window to strike.
FP11 stuff was years ago, while fp9 is recent. Also Iirc it was player rp and not official story.
