FP11 had a scrap field around it for years and it came from those very NEMP bombings, until Delta has been reworked (and reworked again). Unless the story makes some official statement of those events being retconned or turned into player canon, of course.
Seems to be retconned or it's an oversight. I just read news and rumor on fp11 (ingame). Nothing about it.
However as I was on my long fl break during this time. If you have link to post, I will read those. In the meantime I'll search about that.
But to speak gameplay, it was 'meh' if I can tell. Many said it, but the server stability and the balance were both unenjoyable. GBs were faster than snubs for some reasons or maybe it's just me having skill issues.
Like unofficial events, maybe it would be great to have slots so it is more balanced in terms of numbers from a team to another.

As I know its cannon, but Corsairs is much more dangerous(and older) threat in comparison for us. Giving the fact of previous cooperation within FP9 events, cooperation out of events and Zeta stuff our relationship have been restored. For good or worse? Time would tell.
Overall feedback for the event - If not technical issues it could have been a banger. Thanks everyone involved for organizing and taking the part in.
Main part of second day is good, Bissau doing heroic stand is a history for sure, wasn`t having any technical issues (guys just buy good pc and internet) so the pew was great. Definitely hasn`t liked people just logging off in an organised way right after main part (I am probably just a few kills before getting max reward~sad~), I hope that both big official factions will be more dedicated to the fight next time, because otherwise that gonna make people lose interest even faster next time. As said before, developing a "green zones" for all factions where they can gather "next wave" would be a good things, then it will be less complains about spawncamp, since spawncamping wouldn`t be that easy to do.
+ Really unsure about all of that idea of super reinforced capitals, people don`t get motivation to follow objectives most of the time - could be done something in that aspect. Though they definitely making fight more prolonged since players have a safe zone around them and can orient on them in space. Maybe some rewards for those who have put their efforts to meet the objective? Dunno.
Overall, that event was better than previous one, let`s hope next will be even more better.

A little bit of insight into the technical side of things:
One of the crashes was caused by the FLServer going above 2GB memory usage and shutting itself down. The self-shutdown range has been increased to 3GB.
The other crash I'm looking into.
As for the general crap performance, I can't say anything for certain, but as far as I can tell it's caused by the fact that the system has both a global asteroid field as well as an extremely high density of solars (you can check that on NavMap by selecting "Show all objects" toggle)
As such, server simply choked on the amount of individual entities. Not much can be done other than avoid having large scale events in that particular system, as it's a rather large outlier when it comes to object density.
