Is the hegemon not supposed to come with shields? It says in its description the shields get upgraded every so often so it seems like a bit of false advertising that it didn't come with them.
Hegemon got altered to a huge heavy miner instead of its old shielded self. It does mean the infocard is slightly outdated but... It might be something that could be tweaked to accurately represent the miner we have today.
