What is its intended destination (cargo), use (technology), purpose (military presence), and reasoning (additional licences)?
We can now offer more extensive trading services to the Union within the interests of allowing Union Militay facilities to create highly valuable technologies to assist in dealing with mutual foes that threaten the regime. In the interests of science we can offer a great discount to exotic resources for manufacturing purposes. All Technocrat personnel are fully trained in handling hazardous materials and are cerified in safe hauling of contagious metals. We also possess the ability to safely traverse through temporary anomalies - with safety values and practices established on how to materialise such creations, as well as pinpoint locations for Union ships to jump to. With a new shift in the Technocracy's economic policies, we have changed focus to an innovative industry and hope to bring a new era of advancement to the Houses.
Likewise to the previous application for the devices for personal safety; protection for High Value Targets/Political Individuals. This technology is utilized for emergency rapid response teams to responding to endangered high value individuals, primarily used by vessels such as Liners to extract endangered delegates. Such matrix technology can also be utilized for local authorities to respond to incursions. Cloaking technology is utilized on political individuals or high value ferries destined to Gallia. Disruption technology is likewise defensively used to prevent any unwanted stalkers. Such technology utilization can also be loaned by Gallic authorities upon request, if the ship in question is available.
We hope we can prosper in a new era of creation and discovery in the name of peace and advancement.

Subject: Languedoc - Tau-23 Gate access.
Salutations,
We are glad to hear that security measures concerning the Languedoc system are taken seriously, which is why we proudly present our dutifully filled paperwork.

What exactly do you want to request?
Permission to use the Languedoc - Tau-23 Gate
What is its intended destination (cargo), use (technology), purpose (military presence), and reasoning (additional licences)?
The Taus are a common hunting ground of many of the Union's enemies, and as the Navy and Gendarmerie focus on the threat of the other houses, we of the Accord have been particularly present in the sector to strike against the ever-growing Outcast threat. You yourselves have seen the wonderful results of our latest interdiction campaign. Yet, the updated law leaves many of our national assets stranded within less-than-secure civilian facilities with no way to resupply them properly in promethene and other supplies, such as Java in Tau-23, or Falklands in Tau-31, straining beyond repair our logistics in the region, potentially harming our relations with local clients in the sector such as the Independent Miners' Guild, and likely leaving the Outcasts to grow unchecked in the sctor. At least until a proper arrangement can be made, we would need an exemption to the current law, lest good Gallic citizens are left behind in uncertain terms and territories.
Yours truly,
Camus

Good day, I am Anita Raichert, director of Shipping for ALG. We have been made aware of certain restrictions and licensing issues due to recent changes to the laws of the Union. In particular, the issues of contention are shipping via the gate to Tau-23, and the shipment of salvaged military materials. I imagine these items are quite clear; the operation of Briancon depends on shipments to and from the Tau sector, especially fuel. Imports along the Champagne corridor are completely financially unviable for this purpose, and the salvage operation will not be able to continue without crossing into the Taus.
Furthermore, the Independent Miners Guild is our closest business partner, and it is necessary for us to trade with their stations via Languedoc to satisfy our contracts.
As for the second part, we have been contracted with the clean-up of the war debris in the system, so needless to say we require licensure for said debris. As per the contract, it will be processed only on-site at Briancon or by operations of local companies.

What exactly do you want to request?
As described above.
What is its intended destination (cargo), use (technology), purpose (military presence), and reasoning (additional licences)?
All applications must be submitted as a separate communication in Permits & Licenses. Each licence request will be open to Gallic Law Enforcement, Corporations and Unione Corse for recommendations, concerns, input and approval where one is required.
The applications can be sent by a faction leader, their representative or a particular member or independent individual interested in a cargo permit, technological license or other access. The license request process may be initiated by Gallic factions on behalf of others.

Statement on how it will benefit the Gallic Union:
With respect to completeness, rapid reaction, smuggler interdiction, and power projection, it is often speculated that the 'hexagon' of Ile-de-France requires a permanent installation in the south west corner of the hexagon, and ideally, someone else to pay for it.
BBV Station (short for Boulogne-Billancourt-Versailles, after the merged arrondissments of old Paris on Terra) will provide for a mix of educational, commercial and defensive capability in this prominent yet currently empty trade lane junction area of space.
Ostensibly being run as an IDF Shipping facility under a Freelancers IFF to allow universal access to scholars and researchers, BBV Station is intended as a purely civilian installation and under no circumstances will defensive platforms be considered. Any defensive capabilities will be provided at their discretion by Gallic Union authorities who are encouraged to deploy assets on BBV Station to extend their influence more immediately in this important transit area in the capital system of Gallia.
I'd be grateful for the opportunity to work closely with Gallic authorities to explore the possibilities of showcasing Gallic architecture after the Core 1 and Core 2 frameworks are in place. Perhaps elements of the now abandoned Beauvais Wreck could be up-cycled, or even more aesthetic architectural styles explored, as the junction area does present the initial impression of Ile-de-France to travelers arriving from the Champagne and Provence systems, and I'd be privileged to elevate the beauty and amenity of this side of the 'hexagon' of Ile-de-France.
