In light of our recent discussion about concluding the fleet work, I wanted to take this opportunity to offer you a chance to spearhead the final phases of the two remaining light assets in our arsenal. We need to determine how much personnel you'll need and what relays can be developed for adapting the Star lances for active testing. You've already seen it, but in accordance with documentation procedures outlined by the Inner Phalanx, I am attaching the relevant data to this message.
With all this said, I'll be conducting field testing on the Halcyon for some time. I'd like you to reach out to Gestalt and Seraph to discuss options in sourcing third party components to accelerate the process as best as we can. Archer parts can be fragile, so I doubt we'll find reliably functional ones among the Junkers scouring the debris fields. I don't imagine Bristol is keen on doing open business with us, so any connections there would need a third party associate that isn't one we've taken advantage of.
I'm entrusting you with this task, Venator. These vessels will be ideal in bolstering your functionality in the field, and round off the first and second Meros compositions.
Apart from the Warhammer project, but that's one up for debate at this time.
Per our previous interaction over secure comms, I have assembled a list of personnel that I want for this project. In total I will need:
1x Chief Engineer
12x Naval Engineers
1x Propulsion Engineer
1x Reactor Engineer
1x Weapons Engineer
200x Electricians (plus support equipment and drones)
100x Welders (plus support equipment and drones)
400x Mechanical Fitters (plus support equipment)
72x Firewatch Personnel
Total: 788 personnel
Before we can begin work on the Archers, we need to assess the degree of refitting that will be necessary. This can't proceed until I have my people, and so I need you to sign off on this ASAP. I have a strong preference for the engineers that worked on the Halcyon project, if available.
While that's underway I'll coordinate with Seraph and Gestalt to ensure that we have parts when we need them, to minimize delays. I'll be in touch if there are any obstacles.
