I've spoken to toxin and to other players.

I've also been lied to about what he has supposedly done.

Until I am shown proof he has broken any rules anyone attacking him will find every phantom with orders to hunt and kill them REPEATEDLY, without breaking the server rules (naturally).

I whant to know just who you think is lighing. I wached his hull come back in a fight were we agreed no bots or bats, and before he gives his pathetic responce i whant to make it clear that i only activated the 2nd half of my wepons AFTER i saw this. This is not the only reason he is on my clans hitlist ether, he anounced his alegence to the Kusari Navy befor the fight and ANY one who is frinds with them is our enamy!
The next time i face him i will take photos!

Using bots and bats is not against the server rules, in-fact theres no rules about bots and bats at all.

He's got a freelancer ID at the minute so why don't you wait until he's actually got an ID before declaring him an enemy?

I've seen several players over the last week or two who have used bots and batts when it was agreed between them and their opponent not to.

The post screenies bit is for if he breaks server rules, not agreements between players in PvP.

They usually dissolve into 'he said this, he said that' flame wars.

Ok, I've talked to dark shadow via pm about this (which is the reason for this edit).

Once you hit lvl 45 your on your own again, you should be able to get a decent ship, shield, weps and equipment by then.

to: everyone else

Leave him alone for a while, ok? I especially don't want to hear about what happened to him in NY again.

Wait until he's got to lvl 45, I know the server rule is that once you hit lvl 30 your fair game but I never go after anyone below lvl 40 - 45.

Guys, Marauder's right. Someone violating a fight's rules made by the players is NOT violating server rules. You make a rule in fights, and they can be broken. Its up to you to punish them for it, not go around saying he violated rules. You say that when someone violates SERVER rules.

so far i havent seen any one say he violated rules just lied, and i am not requesting any thing other than permition to hunt him which i have gotin after he gets to lvl 45. oh and when he is lvl 45 he will outrank my fighter by 7 lvls for my fighter is lvl 38.

The rule, or no rule as the case maybe, concerning the use of botts and batts is more
of a long standing ladies and gentlemens agreement between the longer standing and
regular players on this server.
It normally applies to their use by capital ships only ... And basically we have found it
a good way to even the odds and not have long protracted fights where the continual
use just becomes a pain ... My BS chars when RP or PvPing rarely carry them at all ...
Their use in fleet battles has been just to top up fighters ... The only time they are ever
collected is on missions .. increasing the payday.
Thats the only reason you will hear us complain at anytime ... Its because we never use
them and sort of expect everone else to be doing the same ...

Shadow, rank of your character means almost NOTHING. I have a rank 15-16 character in an Eagle with 4 wildfires, MkVII armor, nomad thruster, and nova torp launcher. The eagle itself is worth nothing. Someone could have a level 35 Eagle, or Sabre, or Ravenclaw, and be better than a level 47 wraith, talon, anything. Your rank number doesn't change the odds of a fight. It doesn't gain you extra agility, or skill. It is nothing more than an indicator of the money you have.
