To repeat the file again: Suit File 0.A1 Specifications that were agreed upon: • A suit fit for entering wrecks that is able to wield tools and has a decent amount of power and lifetime before it needs recharging. • A suit that cannot be breached by a simple cut or akin while being out in the open. • And also has at least some sort of signal that you can send messages short range to other wearers or a ship nearby. • Modular frame that could be attached to the suit to help with specific tasks (Transporting cargo/ Mounting specific sensor/ shielding for certain environments / Construction, maintenance & salvage tools / mounting personal defences in case of hostile fauna) The current draft. Just via the looks onto it I would take an approach using two layers. The first one is a full body suit that the pilot wears, the second is a powered armour that closes the pilot off. Holding the mainly needed things, such as a set of sensors, com equipment, oxygen supply and so forth. Like an onion with layers. 2 should suffice for the start of the testing unit. Signing off~

Sounds like a pl...plan! Any qualms about getting stuck in alongside your team with the build of the fabricator? Keen to pick up wh...what tricks of the trade I can from them engineering wise, and m...ma...many hands makes light work, no?

I had a thought th...that might be worth exploring and making explicit in o...our specifications. We've raised the issue of breaches to the suit. What about the topic of ra...radiation shielding? Solar, dark matter, whatever those ever frequent spatial tears popping up all over the place emit. Any idea on wh...what we can do to prolong lifetime and safety in such conditions?

Outer layer material co...composition? Externally mounted ra..radiation shielding? It's on my mind as I've go...got a list of places I plan to 'visit' where th...the conditions are not so kind. I'm su...sure others would if they could too. Big selling point. Very ma...marketable. Keen to hear yo...your thoughts?

Tangential, if related question, do yo...you know how Ames Research Station manages to keep the matter clouds off it's back in Kepler? Maybe there is so...something we could adapt from that solution.

That is a good call, we should try to get in touch with them to see how they handle that kind of stuff. Though I am unsure how good the signal reach is with the Dark Matter all over the place. For the shielding it could be a modular thing, a suit with a power core and distribution system. The rest modular to either funnel into different types of tools and shielding while the priority is on life support. For breaches the suit needs to be multiple layers, a bare minimum of 2 that build up onto each other. The Fabricator building process on the other hand well if you want you can help and look how they do it. Essentially we are doing a smaller scale version of what we have on the Sol with the addition of a testing environment akin to a course holding varying kinds of problems. All within confined and controlled parts of the ship of course, It's a slow process. The systems for the module will be fully manual with near zero automatism. Signing off~

I got some problems with the Core and APM being more than away. Seems like they are unable to get their own shit together according to their last message. So I will offer you the same "bounty". 3.000.000 Credits for an average of 50 "Artificial Personality Fragments". To explain: Those strange Drones around Kappa and PI have got my interest. No human signal at all. Rumour says Core used that kind of deal for this so called Mars incident. The Starfliers should attempt to study those parts. Up to you how you get those but I suggest you put any remains inside a very thick box of heavy metal to spoof any signals if those are still able to transmit anything.
