Reproduction Steps:

• Have ID
  
• Try to dock
  
• "Docking here will blow your cover!"
  

Additional Information: Tried this on Heaven's Gate.

- Changed: Kusari Wild / Chochinbi can now dock on KOI bases.

It may have been added since after this report was filed, we should test. If it works, mark it fixed. If it doesn't work, this becomes a Coding problem for Aingar to look into.
