• The renaming of the installation happened right after buying the installation from Starlight Industries to Nebula Technologies.
  
• We are ready for any official procedures or instructions so that we can follow them by the book.

Is there any particular reason that it's taken you over 12 months no notify this office of the change of ownership? You are bound by Liberty Law to notify of any changes of ownership, affiliation, name or location, which you have evidently failed to do so, in any form timely manner. Well, only now that you've Liberty Forces encroaching on it's position for dismantling. I'm of half a mind to allow them to do so, given your clear disregard fow abiding our laws.

Whilst I'm pleased that you are now ready to follow proper processes, I'm afraid that the time for this has long passed. You are to re-submit a new base license and you will be fined twenty (20) million credits, in addition to the five (5) million for the license application.

You've twenty-four hours to submit the application. Payment for the fee and application charge can be made to Liberty-Bank-001.

We send our apologies for the delay in sending this information. We thought that the name change would be automatically recognized by the government officials during the recurrent checkups. We meant no delay or any problems in the required governmental paperwork.

I attached to this transmission all the required payments and documents, including the required 5,000,00 s/c for the re-registration and the 20,000,000 s/c required penalty, plus the documents for the registration sent to the Liberty Requisition Center.

I hope that we abide by all the rules and the house laws, and if there are any other instructions, then I am all ears to listen and follow them.
