We made an accord in the deep Omegas for the mutual prospect of finding valuable materials in the frontier where we crossed paths. Though you want something more "alien" I have found something deep from the dark frontier. There is something I pulled from a unknown research vessel that was burnt out from a radiation burst. The crews last act was sealing some kind of radiation particle samples into a core. The vessel itself must have had it's shields down to capture their prize before the burst fried their electrical system. I've had an old colleague from my Core Main Fleet days to analyze some initial readings. He claimed it's a miracle of science and those scientists sacrificed themselves for the betterment of science. I don't trust my contact to keep it secret, and my own begrudges with my past employers may come picking for my bones in time.
What matters is that it's valuable. We need to find a buyer for this thing before it burns out or rots my ship from the inside out. I'm stashed out on freeport 5 for now. Meet me here when you've got something.
"It is more than I was expecting to find. It seems the matter we found in those anomalies decays very rapidly, even without the singularity ripping panels off my hull. For the sake of, let's call it "negotiation table freedom", what sorts of assets or privileges interest you? Often times, credit value must be measured in position and asset value, to avoid taxes and suspicions and the like."

Right now it seems we're tied to port for the moment. Seeing as how we already have treasure each to hold. With those profits, I see a need to expand our horizons. I have a theory the key to harvesting the anomalous matter haunting around the alien structure can be solved with missiles, or at least something with a blast to nock out the spirit holding it. We'll have to amass plenty of matter to make for losses on the venture back. My predictions from our first expeditions count 10 mins for the half life of this alien matter to be rendered inert. More pillow stock means less loses should we find ourselves "delayed" returning from our expeditions.
A bigger ship will need a crew as it seems, and they'll be needin their own motivations covered. A gunboat with missiles strapped to every port on her sides might do the trick. I can copy the chain codes from the Buccaneer, under a clean Core IFF.
But,
The fragment minerals of Freya are still lock behind the bedrock crust. If I can crew an archon class, we can procure every valuable of the frontier either by mining or taking it from expeditions who get "claimed" by the deep omegas. We've both seen that all flags fly this far from the houses and there may be a fortuitous opportunity to take advantage of someone else's hard work. Or investigating an easier way out of Fischer itself. All I see in this new frontier is a rich environment of exploitation. We can make it ours for the taking.
"Da, I've obtained something interesting myself, and I've been thinking of ways to make this process easier. I've heard from some Hessian veterans that the Naval Intelligence in Rheinland has a thirst for exotic and alien materials. All kinds of problem arose during the Civil War regarding Thuringia, "The Last Bastion of the Federalists", it seems.
Our trinkets can be bargaining chips for more expanded operations. I've seen a group of Her Majesty's Fortitudes in Omega 43 already, hunting out one of the Corsairs new battlecruisers for salvage, I'm certain the Buro does not want to fall behind. That desperation will make the mouths of their wallets loose. At the very least, I assure you I can secure a license for my Z-series Pitbull train and her crew, which would ease the work of transporting materials obtained from the frontier. I am well versed in the art of the Deal.
I will also be contacting other Tarancon Remnants, as well as some other Junkers I've worked with in the past in order to get more hands on deck. If this route with the Buro falls through, I have maintained a good rapport with some Outcast Dons through procuring exotic materials for them, and the Coalition as well. We'll make a profit from this, yet."
I hope your venture to crew an Archon has been successful, because my venture to secure a buyer has been. The Buro seeks Osmium for testing purposes. We can provide.
The Corsairs have mostly been engaged with your comrades in the Core out in the Sigmas. I doubt they have the spare forces to come harass us, but in the event that they do, I will see to my second in command expediting our "heavy asset" from Outcast space. Ensure that your weapons are combat ready, however. This deal will likely be sparse on credit payment, looking more towards privileges and recognition from the MND and the Rheinland Government. If it seems unfair, rest assured, I will cover your work out of my own wallet.

It's been some time. I've only just returned from an expedition and made port at dagger outpost. The going has been good but demand for osmium had dropped dead. The Phoenix zoners have enough for their hands to hold and haven't seemed to have figured out much use of it. Perfect that you've found us a buyer at the time of the pond drying up.
As for that buyer I will need to know how much they be needin and how much they be paying. Its really hit or miss how much we'll be able to bring back and us having to get out of the omegas entirely to deliver it will cost extra. At least 3k per unit plus whatever you can cut out of them. I'll give a guarantee of one thousand units of osmium.
Any trouble that finds itself in my way will find bigger trouble in me and my crew. Though nothing has tried it's luck with us yet out in the frontier. I may not be part of the main fleet anymore but the boys I left behind to the ARM of the core are happy to have corsair company. Any escorts that share the road with us will be appreciated and plenty paid.
I have secured the first official order for the Büro. I have pitched them the price of 3000 credits per unit of raw Osmium, and promised them 300 units. As is necessary for business footholds, we have the capacity to underpromise and overdeliver. After I receive a further correspondence, we can set up a meeting time at Freeport 5.
The Phoenix Zoner's base is within the perimeter of Bornholm Depot. It can easily be argued that they owe a certain... tithe to Junkers, an argument I can win, with some effort. Securing an allowance to purchase refined Osmium products and sell them to the Büro will significantly cut down our travel times, and provide us with a highly profitable trade route for industrial products. Of course, this trade bubble can only last until the Rheinland Law is fully armed with all they desire from Osmium, however, that is more than enough time to make us rich.
The Tarancon is already in position in Omega 41, but I intend to bring something smaller to the Freeport, to make a display of either weakness or pacifism, however the Büro will interpret it. Either is satisfactory for furthering the position of these deals, as aggressiveness leads the foolish into traps.

We've had a stroke of luck in the last expedition hitting a few heavy veins for your Osmium samples. Allowing us to make a short expedition. A course for Freeport 5 will be charted, I'll meet with you when we make port.
