My name is Humphrey Sanders, I manage fleet acquisitions with the Bamburgh Company. Our companies recently did business, aiding in the repairs of your Palace-class liner. Which, from what I hear, went very well indeed.
With that in mind, I have been approved funds for further fleet expansion, and as such I would like to further relations with yourselves. I have heard very good things about your company, from internal and external comms. Your line of explorer vessels are certainly something to be marvelled at.
However, given my frugal nature, I need to make sure that they, or any vessel is a suitable match for the operations that the Bamburgh Co. conduct.
I would like to request a brochure into which vessels you currently offer for sale to the general public. From there I can evaluate our needs and potentially move forward with purchasing.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
H. Sanders Fleet Management, Bamburgh Co.

My name is Aria Hull, Assistant Director of Sales at Bristol Bay Station, and I’ll be handling this communication in regards to our ship production at Akutan Production Facility.
In regards to our line of Bulwark-class Heavy Explorers, we’re glad to hear that their reputation continues to precede them. With exceptional cruising speed for their cargo capacity, and the weapons to dissuade most larger pirate vessels, I can attest to their utility from Bretonia to the Omicrons. For a more detailed technical assessment, I’ve added a data packet on specifics for the explorer.

We currently have two vessels ready for immediate sale, at 15.000.000 cr per hull. These are newly-built vessels, completed just this month, with all regulatory information in regards to safety inspections having been completed.
In addition to this, should Bamburgh feel the need for mining, Bristol C&M is capable of constructing the Samura-designed T-2419-U Archon-class Modular Asteroid Miner, though we currently do not have any on-hand for immediate sales. The general price for that vessel stands at 16.000.000 cr, standard market price - I should advise that, due to our relative lack of experience in producing the Archon-class, additional inspections and quality control procedures will delay production and delivery in advance of usually expected timelines.
Should you have any further questions on these vessels, please let me know.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Mr Sanders.

I appreciate the haste at which you replied, it makes organising an arrangement all the easier.
I would like to thank you for the brochure and technical specifications. My senior team has been evaluating our needs versus our wants, along with the specifications of the Bulwark-class Heavy Explorer, I'm glad to report that they exceed our initial requirements.
While there, we also evaluated the T-2419-U Archon-class Modular Asteroid Miner, at the moment it would not suit our requirements, since we have no mineral claims. However, we wish this to change in the future, so will keep this in mind for the future.
In conclusion, I would hereby like to purchase 2x Bulwark-class Heavy Explorer for our ever expanding fleet. If we could sort out payment channels, we can get the funds to you asap.
Again, I'd like to thank you for your time.
Yours sincerely,
H. Sanders Fleet Management, Bamburgh Co.

Thank you for reaching out to us so quickly. I’m glad to hear that the Bulwark-class exceeds your expectations, and am nearly certain that it will prove a valuable asset to your company.

Should you have any difficulties in this, please do not hesitate to contact the Sales Department here on Bristol Bay Station and an associate will assist you.
I look forward to hearing back from you, Mr Sanders.

Approval has been sought from our leadership to move the funds to you. A total of £30,000,000.00cr will enter your company accounts very soon, if it hasn't already.
One of our liners, the Lady Elizabeth is departing Bretonia as I write this to you. It is carrying what essentials I think we'll need, plus crew, for a journey to their new home.
I have also compiled a small sample of Bretonian delicacies that are also onboard, as a small token of our appreciation here at the Bamburgh Co. Fleet Management Office.
We hope to do more business in the future.
Yours sincerely,
H. Sanders Fleet Management, Bamburgh Co.
