Hello guys, my account got banned for unknown reasons

launcher started with some winmmbase.dll error (corrupted or not designed 0x00....20) , game launched normally, but when i try to login my char it kicked me immediately 2 times and banned my account after 3rd. Chars Ded.Pixto, SoiD, (something 3rd dont remember name )
