I know im not playing anymore (might be back around december (hmm might be 4.81 in that time)) but battelstar II not because Ive used it but becasue of its size.

Example 1: Battlestar II vaporizing a Rhineland Battleship with its engines.
Example 2: Ramming a planet, planet is destroyed, ship's hull is intact.
Example 3: When out of fuel use the sun as a gas station.
Example 4: When in combat forget ammo just ram anything in your way.

I know I exagerated a bit.

Been here since Discovery 4.77 (lurk mode engaged)

Zapp Wrote:I have recently met and discussed with Atalawohisdi the trader that flies the Caribe. Just so everyone knows, I engaged in Sigma 13. He flies through half the system before going back to New Berlin, where he cruises from one side of the system to the other, hugging the sun as close as he can. All the while, he flies near Battleships trying to scrape me off. I finally send out the white flag, and move back to Sigma 13. However, it was a ruse, and he bit. Knowing his trade route, I interdicted the trade lane and the chase began anew. It ended, an hour after it began, with me retreating, out of Countermeasures and getting very irritated.

He kept boasting how he has never been caught; I'd like to see him beat until he begs to pay, then beaten some more.

- Best day ever. Cool

Actually the lost battlestar is the *THIRD* model of the battlestar, it's not pilotable, but would be nice to fly *drool*

The battlestar advanced (II) looks like the one in the current Miniseries on scifi channel

No.... There is the BAttlestar, the Battlestar Adv., and the Battlestar II. You can't fly BAttlestar II.

I had a battlestar II back when it was introduced. Admins gave me one to test bugs on the model..

Believe me, you don't want to fly that brick. It takes 40 seconds to make a 180 turn with it, and once you are done, some random NPC hits you and you are back to where you began.
BSII is, in fact, a station made flyable.

Going back to topic...

I fly a RH battleship the most. The Enterprise.

The Enterprise has gone through 3 major refits since his introduction back in 4.76. Around 2700mill spent on the ship since introduction.
Currently is about to be refitted again. 400mill credits assigned to it.

It has never been defeated in battle... yet. It was the most powerful ship on server a few times. Not now as it has outdated weps..

But despite his old 4.79 config, it is still a formidable opponent. You dont want to face it with nothing shorter that a Bstar Adv or 2 frigates..

Cool I want to kill it in my bomber does the RH BS take damage from torps?

Kiggles

I've been mildly miffed by one-shot weapons since their implementation, oh so long ago. I remember the days when fights were a matter of who could aim better, rather than who could aim a single shot. - Virus

Think again Kiggles, not even me in a Ravenclaw with Darkwulf helping could we take down his shield before getting blasted. We used Supernovas, nova torps, 4 tizzys on each of our ships. Korrd + RH BS = beast...

Now Dab you even admitten once I am a good bomber pilot and as of yet I have not lost to a battleship in my bomber.

How many fighters I have lost to is another matter. ;)
