[Server Config] Corse restart has wrong engine and powerplant

Type: Server Config
Bug: UC restart has weird engine and powerplant on Moonbeam. Can't even launch with it. Also has 2 extra guns.

Reproduction Steps:

• Step 1 - /restart GaCorse
  
• Step 2 - Look at your engine & powerplant.

Thanks to Locksmith for getting there ahead of me, but this is actually an issue for most of the Gallic restarts.

Having worked through all of the Gallic restarts, the following are missing powerplants in addition to the Corse:

Gallic Navy
EFL
Royalists

At the same time all of the restarts (even those not listed above) have the CNO-X engine, except the UC restart, which has the CNO-S engine for some reason.

Yeah. Seems like the GaCorse restart keeps having weird stuff happening to it. (additional info. from two problems in one go to support it)
And yes, I can confirm, I thought the choice to add a CNO-X engine for these restarts (these include GMS (GaCorpGMS) too!), was deliberate, I thought "neat! I love CNO-Xs!", seems like it's not.
