[Art] Liner Brixton docking issue

Bug: The mooring point for Liner Brixton in Burgundy is in such a place that large ships cannot dock with it, the ship just rams the station over and over attempting to get to it. (I was in the Lucullus Liner)
Reproduction Steps:

• Go to Liner Brixton in anything larger than a snub.
  
• Attempt to dock.
  
• Play bumper cars with the station.
