We spoke outside of West Point yesterday regarding the previous owner of your Nightjar, and I was wondering if there was anything more you could tell me. Star Colonel Emilia Osorio the leader of the Legion's old special operations division, and as a result, there are a lot of people who might have wanted her alive or dead.
I'd also like permission to have forensics go over blackbox records and other systems. I know they're not likely to find anything after all this time, but it's still worth it a shot. I think the place to do this would be aboard the Incursus. She shouldn't be difficult to find considering you've already been to Pinnacle.
so this person you're looking for has led your spec ops division? That explains a lot of things...I do recall seeing her a couple of times and when our eyes met, I did feel like I was looking into the eyes of a killer. It doesn't surprise me that your commanders would be interested in finding her. I'd assume that she's in possession of certain information that must not fall into the wrong hands...
Anyway, there are some encrypted files stored on the ship's computer systems. I had some more tech-savvy people on Valravn take a look at the data a while ago, but they were unable to access the files or simply didn't want to invest the time into cracking the passwords.
I'll head to the Incursus and let your people have a look at it. Just make sure to tell them to not mess around with any of the settings. The previous owner modified the ship heavily and it took me a while to fully set it up to my preferences.

Heard on the tuning. I remember I let Freud borrow my Falchion once when we were both Lieutenants. Never again.
I really appreciate you going out of your way to do this. Normally I'd task Lieutenant Iekahara with this, but she's in worse shape than I was a year ago in Valravn's ICU. That leaves Freud or West. Freud might be able to, West is definitely able, but she has a lot on her plate.
That is to say, you might be staying awhile. I can't let you stay aboard the Incursus, but my quarters on Pinnacle are more or less free with all the ops I've been flying, and it is a double bunk. Worse comes to worst, I can always sleep in my Prosecutor. I can get you kitted out with a temp bird too, if you need one.
Let me know when you're en route, I'll try to be there to greet you.
Thank you for your offer, but I must respectfully decline. I can't possibly accept a ship or a bunk, even if only temporary, when you're the ones fighting a war against Liberty. Besides, there's a friend of mine who owes me a favour or two, which means that I get to sleep in her bed and ruin her fighter's paint job. I've already made the necessary arrangements.
I'm currently finishing some personal business in the Tau region and I should arrive at Pinnacle tomorrow evening.
