Erm.. :
A) Does aerodynamics matter in space?
B) IF it had a gaping big hole in the front of the thing it WOULDN'T be very aerodynamic
C) I think the pilots SURVIVAL matters aswell. I mean who the hell would buy it if you would die as soon as you got it into space with you inside it?

I really like the slipstream, I like the new skin, the old one was just black, the WHOLE of it was black, it SUCKED, -.- the new skin rocks but the only problem is that non-existant cockpit thing. Jeez it's annoying because I wana take screenshots of it, but i CAN'T have the cockpit in view ATALL because it looks wierd..

:P Mabye it HAS got cockpit glass but they forgot to tint it, so if you looked into the sun you'd be like " Aaaah!! MY EYES!!!".

Maybe the pilot wants to start a new trend?

'Radiation tanning! the latest way to get that unhealthy green glow-in-the-dark-skeleton lighting system.'

As for the forgetting to tint the glass...

'And the last news for tonight is that all slipstream LF's are now coming with a free pair of wrap-around sunglasses of your choice.'

Wrap around sunglasses? Is that kinda like a bodykit or somthing? Do you have different styles and stuff?

BTW: By death i ment the thing that you are in a total vacum ( space..) so you'd kinda.. err.. die. In a horrible and disgusting way aswell. Personally I think raditation tanning is a rather wierd thing to do. I mean why would you wana glow in the dark skeletion? It'd be hard to get to sleep I imagine.

I know what you meant I was trying to light the mood.

Marauder of course means the 'Oakley Ballistic Array' when refering to the wrap
arounds. Never be seen in a Slippy in anything less ... And at least your eyes would
not suffer radiation damage.

Ways to kill someone in a slipstream

A) Just knock out the shiled then shoot the guy in the cockpit. (Worst thing that can happen is that you miss and hit the controls instead and he flies to the sun.)
B) Fly you ship right in front of the slipstream so that your engines face the pilot. (Fried human anyone?)
C) Crash head to head. (Remember you have a shiled around your glass and he doesn't.)
D) Lure him to an asteroid field. (One of those rocks will eventually hit him.)
E) Lure him to a radiation area. (If that black cloud can eat your hull, just guess what it can do to the slipstream pilot.)
F) Lure him to a debris field. (It will only be a matter of time before he gets hit with space junk or a junker confuses him with debris left on auto pilot.)

Zapp Wrote:I have recently met and discussed with Atalawohisdi the trader that flies the Caribe. Just so everyone knows, I engaged in Sigma 13. He flies through half the system before going back to New Berlin, where he cruises from one side of the system to the other, hugging the sun as close as he can. All the while, he flies near Battleships trying to scrape me off. I finally send out the white flag, and move back to Sigma 13. However, it was a ruse, and he bit. Knowing his trade route, I interdicted the trade lane and the chase began anew. It ended, an hour after it began, with me retreating, out of Countermeasures and getting very irritated.

He kept boasting how he has never been caught; I'd like to see him beat until he begs to pay, then beaten some more.

LMAO!! Almost crying of so much laugh.

Oh wait... my 'Oakley Ballistic Array' must have been tractored away when I went to Jersey debris field.

Now I see why my control panel glows green in the dark when I have a closer look!

Another way to defeat a slipstream:

Go into tractor range and hit B. the tractor beam will tractor the pilot from the cockpit too xD..

EDIT: The best part of it is that you get a pilot for sale (or to get the bounty), and an intact ship too, with all the stuff on it... :yahoo:
