John Pizza, rogue extraordinaire, who enjoys sitting on police base turret blind spots eating pizza in a taunting manner
Footloose Bill, freelancer, the human equivalent of a well-used steel-toe boot, who tramps around selling trash
Jimmy Bob, officer of Liberty Police Inc, who shares shockingly many characteristics with John Pizza
Doktor Ushanka, agent of the Coalition, agitator for the Mollys and Red Hessians, and medical doctor (People's Jianxi People's Institute of People's Medicine)
