Hail BIS leadership,
I am reaching out to you in response to what appears to be an automated message one of our patrols picked up in the Omicrons.
Either you wanted to talk, or someone has gotten mightily creative with their pranks.

What a pleasant surprise. Seems my little carrier pigeon did deliver it's message after all. After all of these months I had begun to wonder whether or not it had worked.
I digress, I don't want to waste your time, so straight to business.
You were contacted as we both share a common enemy and goal, the Nomads and their thralls. Bretonia as a whole has been fairly lucky, to some degree, and avoided their full attention. We fear this may change, and I'll be honest, our response would be almost infantile. We lack the necessary tools and equipment to properly fight the damn things. As things stand currently, we are holding the line as it were, but when does this change? When do we realise this infection has spread across our once great house? They must be stopped, at any personal cost.
I realise that our leaderships have not seen eye to eye in the past, something that I alone cannot change. However, this is bigger than all of us, for the survival of the human race. If it were up to me, we would have forgotten our frivolous differences years ago for the better of humanity, sadly the Crown does what the Crown wants.
I am suggesting a parlay, something to wet the appetite. Leading, with your permission, to the main course, an end of needless hostilities between the Intelligence Service and yourselves. Any previous wrongdoings, on both sides, will be forgotten.
If you have been left intrigued by this arrangement, please let me know so we can proceed.

Not seeing eye to eye in the past might be a bit of an understatement, even by Bretonian cultural standards, but I do appreciate the sentiment.
I agree that the Nomads are clearly the greater threat and must be given priority over past slights, perceived or otherwise.
On that note I would like to offer some advice as a sign of good faith, ominous as it might sound: This future change you speak of is closer than you might think. Bretonia is surrounded by infected forces hiding in the Taus, the Omegas and even in the border worlds to Liberty.
Consider us open to talks of cooperation Admiral, the Nomads and their infested ilk must be stopped.

Bretonian society is built upon the back of understatement and sarcasm, it's probably what we do best. Without it I doubt I'd be alive today to be having this conversation with you.
It's as bad as we feared then. For the past few months we have been sending out patrols to the fringes of our reach, all reporting the same, trouble. Internally we have also been having issues, reports of so called capital ghost ships in Cambridge, ships who attack on sight in Newcastle. The winds are changing, hence my contact.
As I wish for this cooperation to flourish, I would like to extend a hand of help to your forces. We know about the Atum in Coronado, with our friends in the Crayter Republic. We can only imagine the extent of internal damage considering what the outside looks like. What do you need to get her back up and running again? I cannot offer manpower, but I can offer whatever supplies I can get my hands on.

That's quite the claim you're making, an Order battleship in a Crayter Republic drydock?
I doubt I would be able to either confirm nor deny such a claim, after all who is to say there might not be reprecussions for the Crayter Republic regardless of my answer. Bretonia might very well lash out at them for harboring an Order battleship, even if they did no such thing, purely based on how I react. That degree of infighting would only further weaken Humanity and give the Nomads a further advantage in the region. As previously discussed giving them even more of an advantage in that particular area is probably not a good idea.
So before I comment on any Order positions, what guarantee can you give that other parties involved, friend or foe from Bretonia, wont receive (extra) reprecussions for assisting the Order?

Playing hard to get I see.
I cannot give you, them or anyone else any assurances that Bretonia as a whole won't come crashing down upon them should the knowledge of the Atum becomes public knowledge. However, the same goes for myself and my entire team. We are very much acting outside of the playbook dictated by the government. If any government officials were to discover my communications with yourself, I'm sure the Crown would not be too pleased. I'd be strung up as it were. What Bretonia needs, is very far from what it wants. More so for humanity as a whole.
Now consider this, the Crayter Republic has millions of refugees from all over the place on Yuma. Trade ships and supply vessels are passing Sabah Shipyard on an hourly basis, if not more. Yet there's a honking great vessel, sat pissing in the wind, right there, for everyone and their mothers to see. It's certainly not a Crayter vessel. While we can hope regular people won't recognise the origins of such a thing, Liberty certainly will. The Battleship Concord is sat with her escorts, two jumps away. The quicker the Atum is repaired to an operable state and moved out of there, the better for everyone.
Liberty is extremely active in the Coronado system, given the whole damn system got fried. The Liberty Security Force is almost certainly aware of it just sat there. When, not if, they decide to act, I won't be able to do any more for it. Relations with Liberty are... strained at best.
For the moment I will do everything within my power to ensure that no harm comes to your vessel, whether it's officially there or not, nor the Crayter Republic offering it a safe harbour in the face of a monumental storm.
That, regrettably, is the only assurance I am able to give.

Wouldn't you be disappointed if I didn't?
Suffice to say I'm sure the Crayter Republic would be very grateful for any materials you can provide to assist with the repairs of any capital vessel they may or may not have at their shipyard, I hear they have quite a few vessels that could use some patching up, pissing or otherwise.
Regarding Liberty, it seems they have redirected most of their attention towards Kusari, not sure if they've finally realized how compromised the House has become or if its pure corporate greed that's making them volatile, I'll leave that up to your imagination. It does however buy some extra time for any needed repairs, theoretically of course.
At any rate, how far can you make your eyes and ears reach in Bretonia and the surrounding systems?

I'd be disappointed with anything less. I do love the theatrics of a good deception.
I'm sure they would be, there has been somewhat of a ruckus out in the Tau's with their name on it. Supplies are something we can do quite easily. I'm thinking some hull panels wouldn't go amiss, some robotics, construction equipment etc.
Now while I would love to do this personally, I'm practically locked in my office, the service is far too busy for this sort of errand. We use a certain contractor that is more suited to delivering goods than a bunch of burly officers. I'll pass this along to them, with any luck they'll have some free time to do so.
As for how far our gaze reaches, hmm, most places would be a classically vague answer to give. Depends on where they're needed really. Where do you have in mind?

Perhaps something less local then.
Sometimes seeing something is worth significantly more than hearing it from someone else, you should consider taking a look at the Tohoku system.
It might give you some insight on what's fueling the tension between Kusari and Liberty, besides Liberty's threatened profit margins.
