After my departure from Liberty - which is why I have no clue who of you even still roams around - I got deeply involved with the Keiretsu. Been to Kansai, saw the Niyodo with my own eyes. Possess a few documents with datasets you haven't figured out. I want to talk science with someone actually involved in compiling the data you extracted from the Niyodo. And I want to know: Why?
Can you set up a meeting? Some place far off the Galileo border, I would say. Such sensitive topics do not belong on the neural-net, even in thoroughly encrypted channels.
Man, you release one file about a weapon that ends conventional warfare and dooms the entirety of Sirius to Kusari's rule, and suddenly all the codenamed Kusari types want to meet up and give me files.
Dropping Weisen's name doesn't exactly impress me, but eh, what the hell, I'll bite. Why? Because the choices were "wait until Kusari destroys every House and have Hogosha hunting me in my home" or "do it now, and inspire Kusari to destroy every House now. And have Hogosha hunting me in my home, of course". Why? Because as good as I am at this, I'm still behind schedule on making a countermeasure. Why? Because Keiretsu meetings are horrible, and I'd rather infiltrate Interspace meetings than Samura meetings.

It is a pleasure to know the Inner Circle still operates. I did not mean to impress you or anyone by mentioning Wolfgang. I just have fond memories of him, that is all. Hope he is alright? Anyway, I digress.
It surprises me that you openly admit being behind schedule in developing a countermeasure and thus solution to the very problem you assisted in creating. But it looks like we're on the same page here then; a countermeasure is needed if only to stop future warfare and terrorism from having free reign and plunging the entire sector into chaos.
Newport is an acceptable location, although rather busy as of late. I would propose meeting in that cozy lower section they rent out for such business endeavors, sounds good? If so, I'll handle the fee.
