Operation Ghost in the Machine

Hail brothers and sisters in arms,

During the battle of Omicron Zeta the Core fielded their new AI 'troops', fortunately for us their AI toys turned against them in the middle of the fight.
However there is no denying the performance of those drones, the Core with increased firepower is not something we can have while we're busy fighting the Nomads.

Operation Ghost in the Machine will investigate the AI drones and how the Core control them, as well as how this can be countered.
Assistance has been requested from the Lane Hackers and samples will need to be obtained for them and our own scientists to analyse.

A patrol will be sent into the Omicron Kappa system to look into this.
