Greetings.

On March 29th, a private state funeral ceremony shall be held for the late Ayane and Keitarou Hanamura, mother and brother, of our head of state. Through negotiations with the Empire of Kusari, their remains have been repatriated to the UMC, and are set to be buried at Shinboku National Memorial Cemetery in our territory on Planet Gran Canaria.

If you have received this invitation, you have been personally chosen by the head of state to attend, or otherwise provide condolences as we finally reunite our leader's family with her after several centuries for proper burial observance, and to fufill her and her sister's wishes to mourn them properly. We ask that if you wish to attend, that you report to Sao Jorge Mooring Terminal, Terminal B, Gate 221 on March 29th by no sooner than 11AM EST.

If you cannot, or wish not to attend; condolences for and messages to the family of the deceased may be submitted to this net.

We irregardless, thank you for your time, and hope to see you in attendance.

I believe this is our first meeting. I am Nagisa Kouzuki. Blood Dragon of the True Sons of Kusari. In this instance however, this is more of a personal message.

Though I have not known Commander Hanamura for long, I am honored to have received an invitation for the memorial service. And so it is with deep regret that I must inform you that I cannot attend the upcoming service. I'm sure you are well aware of the current events surrounding Kusari. It is because of this, that my current duties keep me very occupied for the time being.

Please accept my sincerest apologies, and give my regards and condolences to the Commander. I shall pray for the deceased, and for the funeral service to pass without incident.
