Consequences:

Hello,
I wasn't engaged in an encounter with any other player. I was headed to Rochester and I docked my ship and logged off, without any ill intent. When I docked there wasn't anyone on scanner, and I wasn't in an encounter. There was no encounter, therefore no sanctionable offense.
