Friend's ship disappeared

Friend was buying a new ship after we ran some missions, I sent him credits.

After he tried undocking for us to continue running missions, he was kicked and all of his gear/items were taken. WE are down ~500K.

Any help?

Ship is still there together with a one called Foam.

If his launcher has lost the account, make a new account with a new ship in it and post details here.

He didn't lose the account or anything.

The Player Profile was reverted to the state it had whenever it docked (prior to the $500,000 transfer)

He upgraded to the Crayter Gunship (from the Spatial) but when he undocked, it kicked him.

He reconnected: and he was back in the spatial with only ~600,000 Credits. We're just hoping to have it RE-REVERTED to the Crayter Gunship

Thanks, the server thinks it is a Spatial so the rebuy didn't go through so have added the 500,000 back to the Spatial. Error message logged is a little vague but sell the cargo before buying and see if it works this time.

It worked! We've been playing so apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Buying it before he unloaded the cargo seems to be what prompted the issue. To be fair, there was a warning he ignored - but for reporting purposes I wanted to follow up and let you know in case that's fixable.
