Graham,

Probably don't need an introduction; Name should be pretty recognizable these days, but if so, name's West. Been working as Prometheus' technical expert of experts since we brought the band back together, and as head of the Legion's people since before the Commonwealth fell. A bit of history to add to the collection, if you needed it.

Gonna be dead honest, I'm late as hell with this. Every time I think I'm ready to shake hands, I find something else that needs its hatch battened down. My own fault, won't deny that. Too busy trying to scarf down too many projects. Like my days back in Vespucci, for sure.
One of my people had a talk with one of yours outside Pinnacle a couple months ago about support we can offer; Beyond the normal relief supplies, ammo, repair materials, et cetera was, and I'm paraphrasing, 'for Pinnacle, a replacement'. I've seen the station; I'm a big fan of rugged inspiration, but I can't deny there's something wanting about it. Room to expand, a lot of room, and I'm frankly all for it.

I've got people with time, I've got money to throw at sources, and I've got minds to draft up all sorts of plans; The only things I don't have are consent, and a vision to work off of. I'm hoping you can provide both.
