I'm unable to reproduce this. Where did you dock and undock from?

It happened to me also in another scenario. What I did notice is that when you dock on a player's ship, you get a message about preparation time before undocking or something like that. I ignored it, undocked and ended up in Transit System. I'm starting to think this is somewhat intentional behavior?
