Esteemed representatives of the Bretonian Mining & Manufacturing,
I am Ian McNeil, and I handle communications and contract negotiations on behalf of Sirius Shipping Incorporated, an independent and lawful logistics organization based in the Pennsylvania system. I am contacting you primarily to introduce our Union and secondly for some serious issues in the Coronado system.
As a logistics provider, our role is straightforward: we transport and procure goods in response to demand. Whether it involves reliable delivery or sourcing commodities, we operate with efficiency and professionalism. We believe our services could prove of value to you and help your products reach your clients with lesser costs in time and credits which are often the victims of bureaucracy.
Secondly, we have seen your vessels in Coronado working in the Copper Ore field which is often raided by Xenos extremists. We've also had the unpleasant encounter with them, after they attempted to murder a freelancer near the Crayter base Timor-Leste Bazaar. What we propose is simple: we cooperate and request more frequent patrols by Crayter as well as making it enticing for Bounty Hunters to be in the system. I will be eagerly awaiting your response.
Respectfully,
Ian McNeil
Sirius Shipping Incorporated
Mr. McNeil, apologies for the delayed response, as it is not a regular occurrence for us, but we've been extremely busy for the past week or so. This unfortunately arrived on my desk only yesterday.
Name's Seth Snyder, and I will be handling all the necessary communication between our two companies.
Mr. McNeil, most of our logistics are assigned to our partners at Bowex, but having more valuable partners is certainly what we're interested in. Straightforward is good, bureaucracy will always stand in the way of progress and development, and personally, I do not have time for such endeavours. Should we require additional logistic support, we shall contact you.
As for the Corodano situation, well, we have recently had issues with a few Xeno Alliance raiding parties inside Sierra Vista Nebula. Hearing that you have also had trouble with the same nuisance, is troubling, and may require additional attention. The security of our employees is of utmost importance, and we shall do everything that is in our power to make sure they're safe. Unfortunately, we cannot spare any extra pair of hands to help resolve this issue, which is why we must urge the locals to provide support, just like you suggested.
I will try to get in touch with the Crayter Republic and notify them of this troubling matter.
I appreciate your response and BMM's stance is understandable. I was thinking of working together to pressure Crayter AND the Bounty Hunters' Guild to help make the region safe for commercial traffic but I suppose we'll have to make do with whatever we have. Thank you for your time.
Respectfully,
Ian McNeil
