I think you might want to know what is going on if you don't know about it already.

A pilot, not specifically from our ranks, came to us with proof of Nomad presence in Sigma-19. He originally was on tour wanting to visit the Sigmas, but this was more than what he bargained for. I wish to ask advice on this of how you wish to handle this, considering this is far from our own jurisdiction. However, considering that these are nomads, I suggest we take it down immediately before it does any major harm, our space or not. It is also a form that is possibly to large to take on alone for your forces, so I ask for permission to bring large assets of our own to help you bring it down.

Our forces are already heading to Corfu in Theta to prepare their Journey into the Sigmas with proper permission and escort. I will show proof via blackboxes, you can see for yourself the size of the thing, and its exact location.

Your transmission arrived as our own patrols were confirming the same discovery. We are fully aware of the Hegirnunna's presence and have already initiated a clan-wide mobilisation. Though i must inform you that The Order has also been notified and will be dispatching forces. Your readiness to commit assets is acknowledged and appreciated.

The Core is free to enter Sigma‑17 and stage at the Bora Bora construction site. From there, your forces may transit to Sigma‑19 under the same operational framework extended to all participants in this hunt. We ask only that your guns remain fixed on the Nomad carrier and its escorts. The Hegirnunna is the threat that brought us together, and it must remain the sole focus of every warship in our space. We trust that professional soldiers understand the difference between a common enemy and a convenient opportunity.

I will be frank with you, Admiral, but I hope not discourteous. The Shinsei Clan has observed the Core's growing presence in the Sigmas with a mixture of pragmatism and caution. Some of your methods invite scrutiny, and your determination to establish footholds is no secret to us. Words are easy; long-term security for the systems we call home is built on actions, not declarations. The Nomad carrier in Sigma‑19 gives every party that claims to care about the Sigmas a chance to demonstrate exactly what that commitment means in practice. We are genuinely interested to see how the Core rises to this moment.

Prove yourselves capable and reliable, and the Shinsei Clan will take due note. Show us that you are here because the alien threat is real, not because the Crow offers another front for expansion. The future of our relationship and the access that comes with it will be shaped by what happens in the coming engagements.

The Nomad threat is very real, and so is our commitment.

The Nomads have been a threat for a long time, and a weary war that has been dragged for a long time. Many believe that they have been beaten, others still ignore that they exist at all. We however know better, as you say we are soldiers, and soldiers do not forget. The horrors of the Omicrons are very real, and very dangerous. There will be no exception for letting them spill into the colonies, for any reason, at all. You say we have a chance to prove ourselves through action, not words. And I assure you, the ARM will do just this.

I will not deny the Core's reputation for being opportunistic, but that is not why we are here. Our warriors are not your average mercenary, corporate managers, or statistical analyses archetypes of war who only do paperwork. They are more than that, and each one of them will rather die knowing they fought for peace, resolve, results, rather than for credits. Our predecessors before us failed to do their tasks and fulfill their true purpose, due to greed, corruption, and power. We think and act differently than they do, and when the time comes, we will prove this to you when it matters.

Then there is the Order, which makes things interesting, but I'm not surprised that they know. What I am surprised about is that you know that they have been "notified" but this isn't our concern right now. Usually we have our skirmishes here and there, due to many long deep hatreds been the old bloodlines from both sides. That however isn't important right now either, if you wish for us to ignore them, then we shall do so in order for us to succeed. This I vow on the behalf of ARM forces; we shall prove our words through action. Also, speaking of actions, I hope our actions will truly matter when the time comes.
