Paint us surprised by your message. We would have not expected Ageira to go to such lengths as to try and capitalize on human tragedies.

Our ground troops are well equipped as it stands and the coup was squashed within an exceptionally short timeframe. Whereas we would normally agree to field trial some of Detroit's newest toys, as we did in the past, I am afraid the current situation forbids this.

In accordance with internal risk assessments, there'll be no bulk orders or field trials of any sort of Detroit weaponry in the near future. If you insist to conduct business with the Empire, go ahead and drag your Senators to the negotiation table. For your own safety, I would advise against that.
