Since I've been hanging around with the Ranger and the Raven lately, helping... uh...
You know, the 'general populace' around California... and New York... and Pennsylvania out now and then with some firepower while I was doing the, eh, usual 'extortion business'...

Actually been around with your lot now and then too, all nice and friendly and dandy aaand whatever, so...
I thought I'd go ahead and ask if I could moor the Ranger at that lovely rock of yours for a while.

Above reasons aside, I'd be interested in working with you lot a little more in the future and I'd really, reaaally hate to...
Well, waste -your- resources and -your- time by occassionally parking the Raven or the smaller ships I've got there.
If I could keep the Ranger moored at Alcatraz, I'd be using my own resources instead of yours and wouldn't end up bugging your friendly repair crews for help whenever I pay Alcatraz a visit.
For that matter, I'd be parking my ships aboard my Liner, and they'd not get in your way.

I can fly them to Ranger all the time, sure, but as long as she's in the Appalachian field around Niverton that's kind of an unnecessarily long trip.
Also means it takes me a while longer to show up on the scene around the usual 'business spots' in California.
Well, and takes me longer to show up wherever a helping hand's needed.
Aaand yeah, it costs me fuel too.

Well, I'd like to moor my little Liner at Alcatraz.
I can share my resources with you lot in times of need and generally lend a hand with the Raven or something smaller when I'm available...
Or I could do a couple supply runs now and then, the Ranger's quite an elusive ship afterall...
Ooor I could offer you money, but that'd be kind of... boring.
