Hmm, that's just it though. If there is something sinister going on here, it is so deviously subtle that I could not whole-heartedly say myself. This player has been around for a while, I wouldn't expect them to slip-up and bring down a Battleship.
Well, my two cents, it seems that he might be an excellent pilot, though he's not double-supernova mine-proof, neither his friend T895. (Suicide Kings tactics )
Nightfall
If the stars should appear one night in a thousand years, how would men believe and adore and preserve for many generations the remembrance of the city of God? - from 'Nightfall' by I. Asimov The Outcasts consider Siniestre Nube a sacred place for several reasons. Early explorers discovered a jumphole within the depths of the cloud that leads to a strange world of ringed stars and strange craft. All ships in the burrial ground are placed facing that hole to honor the Alien Spirits. - An Outcast rumor
Ok what i"m thinking, considering people *have* done damage to him... The Cylon Raider must have a similar bug to the viper which I reported in the DM formum earlier (Discovery Mod) So that could be part of it, because it is a very thin craft.
Also, the Cylon Raider is a Light Fighter with a very impressive loadout for it's class, giving it quite a bit of punch. I believe it's loadout is 778899 if I'm not mistaken.
As for the nanobot situation, If I'm not mistaken the Cylon raiders default amount of armor is rather low (~6k i believe) So 48 Nanobots would last the little craft quite awhile, I know In my slipstream my 40'ish bots will last me a good hour or so screwing around against NPC Fleets.
I'm thinking this may, for the most part, be just a buggy ship.
As for the energy weapons draining the Sabre's power supply, I have a few thoughts on this from my past experiences modding. I'm going to go over them real quick.
#1: If a player changes statistics on their weapons, those statistics *only* affect their ship, and will not show up on scans.
What happens when you mod these stats?:
Damage - If you modify the damage value on your files for a weapon, the damage value will only effect your ship, hence invincibility can be gained by taking all weapons damage to 0 while you can still damage NPC's & other players just fine.
Refire Rate - Refire is one of the only stats that can be modified and work perfectly online, as the server doesn't keep track of how many shots per second you make it can be quite deadly.
Energy/Shot - Quite simply keeps your power from draining at all when you pull the trigger if you modify this but that's pretty obvious.
Projectile Speed - A modded projectile speed actually does work, (I did this one back on a Nomad Revenge server) So if you see someone with a full loadout of weapons with mis-matched projectile speeds out the wazoo and they have *insanely high accuracy* Odds are, they have a mod working.
Those are really the only parts I've played with in the past, but being the damage effects of the weapon can't be modded to do more damage to others (I *have* tried making a Justice Mk I have insta-kill stats, and it didn't work online) I do not believe that it could be modified to take a players power supply down aswell. I have seen this in the past though in mods, for example. Evolutions battleship weaponry, once the shields of the enemy BS are down, the guns actually take power supply energy away from the enemy cap ship.
So after all this, it leads me to believe:
A. The weapon was actually added into the mod with that ability
B. The client in the sabre is modded
C. The weapon was un-intentionaly given that ability and needs to be changed.
As for the video, the quality is not high enough IMO, you (or atleast I) cannot make out the names, or the other ship combating the Sabre. But that is just my two cents.

Invincible Hull (to normal weapons)
Power draining weapons (when they hit you, and sometimes even miss you)
No matter how good you are.....

Colada del Cids and Tizona del Cids are known to be 'power-draining' weapons as well as shield busters, especially if you drop their shields. This is from my personal experience.
As for Invincible hull, the Cylon Raider may suffer the same problem as the Viper, or someone's aim is really off. it could be a SUR bug, it could be anything.
Now. I'm betting whoever this was is a semi-decent pilot. I think i fought their "alter ego" in Connecticut awhile ago. Now while they have impressive weaponery, they are no match for me in my talon.

And half the rest of the server didn't know that. I didn't notice 'til the other day when my crow suddently ran out of energy against a bomber that had only Colada and cannonballs.

Heh... I used to have all my characters have it. XD
Virus, please tell me you were kidding about missing out on the 'del cid power drain thing..
Cause half of Bs| and AW had to contend with this when the CUFF took on Huegys full of Tizona Turrets and took down fighter shields so fast we couldn't get off *ONE* shot..
