Spybot: Search and Destroy.

It's kept me afloat for a while now.

P.S. *HUG!*

I have a bunch of stuff installed. Norton 2008, Windows Defender, and Spybot: Search and Destroy. They are all pretty good. I don't understand why you guys hate Norton though. I use it the most out of the three and it works great.

Carlos Rivera: Corsair Brotherhood Pirate - Retired, shifted to Tripoli Shipyard's Research and Development engineering teams
Anthony Cameron: Guild Core Bounty Hunter - Killed in Action, committed suicide after being trapped in Omicron Minor following its destruction
Juan Ruiz: Outcast Ghost of Razgriz Pirate - Killed in Action, killed by the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army during Bretonian piracy raid
Michael Winchester: Liberty Security Force Agent - Missing in Action, likely killed during Rheinland espionage mission or trapped in Rheinland Space
Eric McCormick: Order Pilot - Retired, shifted to planetside training of new recruits

Liberty and Nomad Backstory, Very interesting - read it!

Norton = hate...

Because its a resource hog, it restricts stuff to much...Its annoying. And Freelancer dosn't work with Vista when Norton is installed.

You need a special tool to remove it too...:sleep:

I got AVG Free 8.0 and Spybot - Search and Destroy working on my system. Granted my Windows installation is still fairly new, haven't had a problem yet, and I like it.

Kaspersky is a b**** to train!

Srsly....Does any Anti-Virus have some kind of knowledge of common sence? it was asking me if I wanted to allow FRAPS and my own network...

It defiantly offers more options than any other Anti-Virus I have ever used, but.

Every time I boot it gives me the same old crap...allow this allow that...

Xfire makes the thing go nuts with IP's ports and stuff like that. So does Teamspeak.

I use ZoneAlarm for my firewall. No problems so far and really easy to train.
