While not an official faction in the true sense of the word, we now have reached 10
members. Eight of these are Phantoms in another existance. This is no accident, as I
still consider the Phantoms to be some of the best RPers here on discovery.
This bunch is a Democracy, there is no military style chain of command, nor will there
ever be. What it is, is a chance for the members to RP their traders away from any
other ties ... And the only thing expected is that you interact with anyone else who
makes the effort to RP properly. And to post as much as you feel like ...
