Go for it. I'm photoshop iliterate for the most part and I don't have any japanese fonts.

I'm still waiting to see Turkish's. I'm sure it will be better.

Well if you want me to do it, than could you send me the layered file of the logo? Should a .psd file. That way I can just delete the letters. Removing them and replacing them so the grey gradiants still look correct isn't nearly as easy..
