Well, nomad blasters/cannons have the best damage/energy drain ratio I believe, so that is most likely reason for limiting to 2 only.
It's only decent Order gun, so yea, it kinda sucks we can't mount more then 2.

Indeed, if anything, id prefer order having guns not even related to nomads in name.
Their supposed to hate them, not hug them while taking their guns just to shoot them in the back while their distracted.

As of now, order has decent guns, and some decent ships. But using them together is hard. Personally, i found the class 9 lasers to be quite ok with the bastet. Bit small powercore, but their not that bad. The main issue with order is that their guns, are not matched. Their speeds is too different, making an effective combo of the two impossible.

In contrast, the Outcasts and corsairs both use guns with perfect synchronisation.
Bhg has a slight offset to their speeds and range, but its not so big that it cant be compensated for. Order, well, their just a mess.

If anything, maybe rename the "nomad blasters" that order has to "Order Experimental Weapon Type 1" and "Order Experimental Weapon Type 2"....

BHG would then be using "Core Prototype Weapon MK I" and "Core Prototype Weapon MK II"

Probably too many BHG on the dev team, is my guess.

The Order's faction class 9 guns are crap. Our weapons are outclassed in every way by those used by our enemies (not just the keepers, but the BHG as well). If we could use more than two nomad cannons on our fighters, we might actually be able to stand a chance in an evenly matched battle, and we cant have that, can we?

There's no real reason for the restriction, it's just there for the sake of pissing people off.

It is pretty simple really. 1/Look at who the order's enemies are. 2/ Look at how many admin's are in/running said faction's. 3/ Everyone want's the Order to stay small,and keep getting thier azzes kicked by everyone. Face it. Why else would they suddenly allow the BHG(order's biggest enemy) back into Minor with Cap's? Reason? to beat down on the Order yet again. Anyone who has played order lately will have noticed whole BHG fleet's coming into Minor just to PvP. Also same go's in Gamma. I am sure they will soon be allowed back in House space with cap's to pawn their to.

A skilled order pilot doesn't need 4 nomcannons to be good.

A Bastet with 2 noms, 2 codes and 2 shieldbusters with a razor is good enough. It's an agile combat shotgun.

And I loled at point 2: we haz no Adminz.:P

i think he meant BHG, wich has atleast 2-3 admins...

now, considering how sairs were acting in Kappa/Delta, i understand that BHG lolraids gamma.... i can hardly count how many times i jump from kappa to delta just to see a legate + a gunboat camping the JH shouting, "ENGAGUN HUNTER"..... now, apparently, a manta is a serious threat to their warships
