I motion for a suspension of flying privileges for Grunt Spider due to insubordination.

First i asked him what squad he was in, and he responded that he wasn't in one and did not need one.

i told him of the command structure and that we were all under PL QV and Kid nasty, upon which he referred to kid nasty as "n00bsauce". I asked him to apology for insulting a superior and he refused. I again told him to and he got agitated, where upon he insulted me, and told him i was going to suspend his flying privileges he sneered.

unfortunately i was not able to get the first part of the conversation where he insults kid nasty.

I feel that he should be reprimanded for his actions.

Gentlemen, we are at a crossroads, both enemies and allies of ours have died, factions have been dissolved into others or their leaders gone. There are random terrorist attacks on pirates, navies, civilians, and paramilitary organizations such as ours.

Recruits and green pilots have been ignoring the rules of war, battle and honour.

What we must do for the good of the Sirius sector is finally settle down in good defensible position, and reevaluate our motives and positions.

We must take these new pilots and show them the way of truth, the helghast way.

We must train, and establish a set parameter for our missions. And any of these new pilots that come into our part of the Sector will be fought.

The main point i have here is that the fleet must be reorganized into more mobile disciplined groups with an emphasis on fast lethal attack, that all terrorists be destroyed, and that we expand into territory and hold it.

We need a constitution if you will of what regulations we abide by, how we are organized, what to do in case of emergency. show these new pilots/ terrorists we are not to be trifled with.

I welcome any comments and concerns.

I addressed this to the higher officers as it pertains to our strategy and that we are the truly loyal. One needs to look only at Spider to see that the lower ranks can sometimes not be trusted, or even the new man Slicer, one that joined and now feels he shall leave, to try and start his own group, even after i gave him help, money told him of our goals. I spoke of error.

It is better to err on the side of caution.

I see this as our chance to truly become a power in the sector. Let nothing hinder that.

If allowed i will approach the Red Hessians, Bunschuh in Rheinland and the Blood Dragons of Kusari for not only support in the ongoing war between Kusari and Bretonia, but for later if it escalates in to house warfare, we shall have broken empires we may mend and mould to our liking.

I fully Agree with you Olsav. We need to go through our ranks and MAke sure that they all can get organised and shown then true Helghast Purpose! I was communicating with Slicer the other day and he seam very reluctant no to trade on his Helghast Ship. I tred kindly expaining to him that we do NOT have or want Helghast tagged traders, as it goes away from our purpose.

Also, I will allow you to approach the leaders of said faction. They may help us in the end.

This is a Message From the Grand Admiral. Admiral Olsav and I were disscusing this, and we feel teh need to purchase a system. So I want ALL of the Helghast thank I know of, this includes Me, Olsav, Kid Nasty, McNeo, Purge All and Spider, to start trading. We need at LEAST 400mil before we are allowed to purchase Puerto Rico and if no one here is good at Modding, we need an extra billion credits to get the system designed. I also want to make a note that, if at all possible, we will purchase Humboldt as well, so if we can, we need even more cash.
