Long have I fought for the Xeno cause, my blood, sweat and tears have been given in defense of our ideals and principles! I am one of the oldest active Xeno pilots on the Ouray roster and would be honoured to join your organisation. That said I expect to join in my current VHF configeration and hold more than the rank of a novice..
Glenn looks at the two applications that just came in through the delivery tube. He thinks them over a bit, then writes his replies.
We are willing to accept both of you, but you must understand that all Serpentis applicants are held to the same standard, and none will be given a free pass through the Hatchling stage, regardless of their past accomplishments or contributions.
If you both still wish to continue, you will be required to spend some time in a 'blazer or Hawk, just like the rest of us had to.
Glenn places his reply back into the delivery tube, and sends it back down to Recruitment.
Greetings brothers
I am Kaysan.Rhoy, I am a former order pilot which i can't talk about but after spending many hours drifting after taking heavy damage from the liberty navy, the very people i was trying to protect. i was hit by an epiphany, with such greed and corruption at the heart of liberty it wont survive the dark times to come. it needs a nove enima.
Dont misunderstand me i love liberty and its peaple even tho there spirt is chushed under an opresive goverment, i belive by removing the corrupt officals and closing trade borders we would relight the fires of libertys working spirt and grown strong and thrive, and survive the dark times to come.
i agree with your goals and wish to join, iva been flying among you a while in a bomber which im willing to loan you while i get the moth balls off my blazer but i dont want any scratchs on it, not big ones anyway.
I'll make the short part long and the long part short. I was born and raised in Liberty. LA is a nice place to grow up. Now the long part. I used to work for an Ageira subsidy company, weapons manufacturing and transport. Took some missions for the bosses, blew some rogues up, had a couple nasty run ins with the outcasts and had a couple talks with some lane hackers. While I was out on a recent run, I had a nasty suprise transmitted to me. Samura bought my job. Sound familiar to you guys? Maybe your parents or grand pappies?
Naturally I sent a protest up; as an employee and a dedicated fighter pilot for these people, I should have known what was up. I didn't like the idea of these Kusari corporates running my life. They're why Kusari declared war on Bretonia, and we're next you know. And Don't forget Rheinland.
That aside, they didn't take it nice. Shut my account, sliced me off the register. I went to LPI, and even petitioned a navy patrol for help. An hour later I was running from everyone in system. Said the pulse cannons I was running were stolen. Well I'll keep em then, or more accurately the people I join will. The lane hackers were right, Ageira IS corrupt, but they aren't going to bring them down with thier pranks. They aren't serious enough, havn't lost enough. I'm not the only one who got cut off like this, but I AM the only one I know is still alive. The Xenos know though. You guys have been on the raw end for years. I think you're just my type, and I think my guns are just yours.
I'm an able pilot, and personally I'd like to root out the foreign trash that's setting up to take our homeland. We need to do something, because Liberty is getting set to be sieged from all sides, Kusari, Rheinland, Nomads, and the Bretonians if they loose.
Glenn reads the latest item from Recruiting. About time he got another one... approving parts requisitions and other such things was starting to get old.
Let's see here... Guy got the short shift from Ageira, and is smart enough to stay away from the Lane Hackers? He's got motivation, I'll say that much.
Glenn signs off on the application and sends it up to High Command
Greetings, Xeno Alliance. Liberty has killed off my family and it still remains a secret. Life seems so useless now. Every day I walk on Planet Denver to my crappy job that Liberty provides us, I always have the suicide pills in hand.... And every day after working hard and getting no pay in that hot factory, I sit outside my house and watch the Liberty ships take off in the afternoon, and come back at night, burning in flames. And I think- I wish I could do this to Liberty. To show them what it's like to lose your family. To get revenge.
Glenn looks at the latest item to come up the tube from Recruitment. It's been a while since anything came out of that particular tube...
A desire for revenge is definitely something we can understand. I think you can flush those suicide pills down the nearest toilet before getting aboard the ship we're sending to Denver to pick you up.
Glenn sends the application up to High Command, and orders a ship dispatched to Denver.
