RE: Old Steel
We have some experience with the Wild in Sigma and I fear he may have been captured and infected. There is no way to know. In either case he is currently dangerous and you may defend yourself accordingly with no interference or criticism from us.
-Looks at the computer screen and at the information from the "Junker News Network" and cant help but chuckle-

Woah.. It seams that Yanagi is in a bad spot ey?
Well first of, to the SOB.. Shadow Outcast Brigade aye?
About the Adjudicator Greenhawk, According to what ive heard and been learned about him, hes a Adjudicator for the Junker Congress. That would technicly make him an Ally of the Junker Congress, and id belive that the Congress consider you Friendly...
Anyhow.. I myself cant say that im effected by this decision since im out by Bornholme Depot... It's nice...
And Concerning Old Steel, If i see him We'l blow some parts of his ship of just cause he seams to give us a realy.. Realy bad reputation..
Today while on Malta supervising the loading of Cardamine two Outcasts came up to me. They gave me a datapod and told me if I didn't upload it to the Junker Network as soon as I could they would find me. Here is their information.

To; Speaker Vladimir Tinkerbell, Junker Congressmen
From; The High Council of Outcast Dons
Subject; Junker Neutrality
Brother Vladimir, honored Congressmen. It grieves us to to hear that you appointed a Corsair Dog to the influential position of Adjudicator of Yanagi.
We will not allow him to hide behind Junker "neutrality", which he is violating, and will treat him as any other False Son of Hispania; with Plasma and Death.
In addition as he is using his position to stop our convoys of Cardamine. If this continues to happen we will forcibly escort our ships past Yanagi.
If he is not removed we will consider it a hostile act against Outcasts everywhere and will seriously reconsider allowing you to profit from our Orange Gold. Our argument is not with the Junker Congress, whom we consider profitable business partners, but with this appointment.

Hmm...its a shame the Dons didn't see fit to contact me directly or sign any of their names to this communication.
I have had no word about disruption of cardamine traffic near Yanagi and was not aware there was much off it passing there anyway. Is this some new, less profitable and rational route?
Perhaps the senders of this message might privately message me with specifics--then it might be taken more seriously.
